First time at this place and we loved it! My partner and I got a couples massage today and will definitely return. The whole experience was catered to us, and both massage therapists checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our experience. We each wanted separate things out of our massages, and Shawn and Connor took the time to make sure we got those things. The atmosphere was soothing and comfortable, with comfortable blankets and a quiet soundscape playing in the background. I had a sisters day with my sister in law for her birthday and treated her to a head to toe experience and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness, and professionalism. I went here for months for prenatal massages with Rebecca, and once with Shawn when I couldn’t wait another week for my next appointment. Shawn is very attentive and also did a session with my partner once that he enjoyed as well, and every session I had with Rebecca was wonderful. I could feel the difference it made on me during my pregnancy, and as someone who enjoys not-so-soft massages, she was perfect but is willing to adjust to what you need. I really don’t have any cons because even the price of it was justified for the service I was getting. They give you the full time in the room, let you wear a level of clothing you’re comfortable in, and it’s very peaceful inside.

Jennifer Brand Spa went above and beyond to take care of us. They worked out a difficult scheduling request so that I could treat my granddaughter to a massage. Their hours of operation make them a dependable place to go for massage. No crazy hours/days closed and no waiting for a week to get an appointment. When we arrived for our appointments we were greeted with friendly smiles. They gave us the rundown familiarizing us with where to find everything, and then they got down to business. Gathering our necessary medical info quickly and then taking us back to the therapy rooms so we could get ready. They explained everything to my granddaughter, making this such an enjoyable experience for her. She said that her therapist used good pressure and relieved the pain in her lower back and hip due to horseback riding. Natalie was my therapist. She took the time to review my medical history and used massage techniques that addressed those issues. Both women had such warm demeanor. They made you comfortable as if you’d known them forever. They were kind and very professional. We plan to return for massage on a regular basis. Give them a try, you will be happy you did.

I had been looking online for a deep tissue massage in the area since the place I currently go was booked, and most of them seemed a little sketchy. The reviews for Jennifer Brand Spa were all very positive so I decided to give them a try.. Mind blowing. For an entry rate lower than anywhere I can find, I honestly was not expecting anything crazy, but they have completely raised my standard of what a good massage can be, and I don’t think I’ll ever find anything better around here, seriously. They were able to get me an appointment the same day I called, they were extremely professional and nice, and the owner was a pleasure to talk to. My massage therapist was incredible. She asked what areas were bothering me most, and I don’t know what she did, but even after years of pain, I left pain free. I’m sure the pain will return in a few days but I’ve never felt this level of relief, and it is a nice break. I’d recommend Jennifer Brand to anyone in search of a serious massage, they mean business.
