Elite Membership Agreement

  • 12 Red Light Therapy Sessions (30 minutes each)
  • 4 Pain Management Massages (60 minutes each)
  • Up to 2 Months of Service Rollover: Unused services from a billing cycle carry over for up to 2 additional months, making them valid for a total of 92 days. After 92 days, any unused services will expire and cannot be used or credited.
  • If a member experiences medical emergencies or extended travel, they may request a one-time 30-day extension for service rollover per 12-month calendar year.
  • Each included massage session may be used for a Lymphatic, Deep Tissue, or Hot Stone Massage at no additional cost. Members can decide which massage type to use per session, but a single session cannot be split into multiple types.
  • Memberships are billed monthly on the original signup date and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are charged to the card on file; a valid card must remain on file.
  • If a payment fails, membership benefits will be paused immediately. The system will attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days. Members have 32 days to update payment and reactivate their account.
  • After 32 days and termination of the old membership, the customer may immediately sign up for a new membership if they are in good standing. However, prior membership benefits will not be reinstated.
  • Canceled members who rejoin after 32 days may be subject to updated pricing and policies.
  • Members may cancel anytime before the renewal date; no refunds will be issued after purchase.
  • The spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with prior notice. Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect.
  • Special promotional pricing for new members does not apply to existing members.
  • The spa may adjust or cancel appointments and will notify members via text if they have opted in.
  • If the new appointment time doesn’t work, members can reschedule without penalty.
  • Online bookings may require a deposit; to avoid this, schedule via phone or text.
  • Deposits paid for online bookings may be refunded upon request at checkout or by informing management at any time.
  • Deposit refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary due to holidays.
  • No-call, no-show appointments result in the loss of that session. Three or more no-call, no-show violations within a six-month period may result in membership suspension or termination at the spa’s discretion.
  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time will be considered a no-call, no-show.
  • Same-day cancellations may be waived once every 6 months if the member does not have a history of repeated cancellations. This policy is tracked per member and applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellations must be made via text or phone; email cancellations are not accepted.
  • Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or exchanged.
  • Memberships grant access to services, not store credit or gift cards.

The spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace services at any time.

  • Membership may be revoked without refund for inappropriate behavior or rule violations.
  • The spa may refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or violates facility policies.
  • The spa may refuse service if health conditions contraindicate the session.
  • Members must attempt to resolve billing issues with the spa before initiating chargebacks.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting the spa may result in membership termination.
  • All membership purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused services, including mid-month cancellations. However, members may continue using remaining sessions until the end of their current billing cycle.
  • There are no refunds on unused services.

The spa does not guarantee specific outcomes from red light therapy or massage services. Individual results vary.

  • Members assume all risks associated with services.
  • The spa is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects.
  • The spa securely stores member information and does not share private health details without consent, except as required by law.
  • Members consent to receive texts, emails, or calls regarding their membership, promotions, and scheduling.
  • Members may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying ‘STOP’ to texts or unsubscribing from emails.
  • The spa is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
  • If such disruptions occur, memberships and billing will be paused until services can resume.
  • If the facility remains closed for an extended period, all service benefits will be frozen and available upon reopening. The number of days available for redemption will match the number of days left before the freeze due to the force majeure event.
  • Billing will automatically resume when the facility reopens. Members will receive at least 7 days’ notice via email and text before billing resumes and may cancel during this period.
  • Members should consult a physician before using red light therapy or massage services, especially if they have pre-existing conditions.
  • The spa is not responsible for any health-related issues resulting from services.
  • Membership benefits may not be resold, transferred, or used for profit.
  • Violating this policy may result in termination of membership.
  • The spa reserves the right to update, modify, or change the terms of this membership agreement at any time.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email or text at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • Continued use of the membership after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
