No.  We do not push memberships. It is our goal for you to have the best experience every visit.  Instead of pushing you to buy memberships our team focuses on helping you feel fantastic.

Cancelation Policy

Jennifer Brand has a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment please provide us at least a 24-hour notice. Canceled and rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows and appointments canceled within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100%. Cancelations must be made over the phone or through our AI scheduling program.
