This service includes an array of advanced modalities, techniques and services. Depending on your needs your therapist will adjust the session accordingly. By default, your postpartum massage will use Swedish techniques that are light to medium pressure with intermittent firm applications to help your body rest and relax. Without additional cost you therapist may include aromatherapy, skin replenishing creams, heating packs and hot or cold stones. In some portions of the massage, they may perform lymphatic drainage, dry brushing, or myofascial release. While these advanced applications may be used throughout the session, they are not typically used throughout the entire duration of the treatment.
