Cancelation Policy

Jennifer Brand requires a 50% deposit and has a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment please provide us at least a 24-hour notice. Canceled and rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows and appointments canceled within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100%. Cancelations must be made over the phone or through our AI scheduling program.
